Senior Analytics Consultant (Looker/BI)

📋 Description

• Design scalable Looker semantic models, including models, views, explores, and LookML dashboards
• Build reusable LookML architectures with base explores, inheritance, and curated field exposure
• Implement row-level security using Looker attributes and access filters
• Develop dynamic reporting with Liquid templating, parameters, templated filters
• Optimize BI performance via caching, datagroups, and persistent derived tables
• Communicate with stakeholders and collaborate with Data Engineering for data readiness

🎯 Requirements

• Expert Looker/LookML developer with enterprise BI delivery experience
• Advanced LookML covering views, explores, models, dimensions, measures, and scalable semantic models
• Strong SQL skills: profiling, joins, window functions, data validation
• Dimensional modeling experience (star schemas, SCDs, PIT joins)
• Experience with governed cloud data warehouses and BI migrations into Looker
• Strong consulting and stakeholder-management skills; ability to mentor others
