Senior Analytics Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and own the Insights semantic layer; define canonical tables and metrics.
• Standardize core metrics; reconcile across data sources and document variances.
• Migrate production report logic into governed dbt models; improve tests.
• Improve pipelines via monitoring, alerts, and resilience to schema changes.
• Partner with customers and internal teams on data quality and onboarding.
• Contribute to Kimball-style dimensional warehouse design.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in a modern data stack, with advanced SQL and dbt expertise.
• Ship production-quality Python; CI and version control.
• Dimensional modeling experience (Kimball; slowly changing dimensions).
• Analytically fluent with strong data-quality mindset.
• Deep experience with BigQuery and cloud data warehousing.
• Collaborative partner across Infrastructure and App Platform; SF-based.
