Provide first level direct support to partners and customers within SLA objectives
Proficient with Acumatica product suite and troubleshoot issues via phone/chat/web
Maintain positive client relationships and analyze business requirements
Deliver solutions and educate clients on Acumatica products
Manage service requests and ensure timely resolutions and escalations
Document inquiries and share best practices with team

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in ERP, SaaS experience preferred
Experience with Acumatica or other ERP/CRM software
Familiarity with inventory valuation methods
Proven remote problem-solving and communication skills
Comfort with ERP software like Dynamics AX/NAV, SAP, Oracle EBS, JD Edwards, Sage, Odoo, Siebel
Strong written and verbal communication, detail-oriented, multitasking
