📋 Description

  • Build and ship AI-powered product features for Pleo’s customers, owning outcomes end-to-end for a
  • Design and build end-to-end Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems: chunking, embeddings
  • Own the full AI-product lifecycle: prompts, context/state management, agentic loops, output
  • Build evaluation datasets and automated eval pipelines to ensure AI feature quality before and
  • Instrument features for production observability: logging, drift detection, quality monitoring
  • Collaborate with Product and Design to scope AI features from first principles; you co-author what

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience shipping customer-facing AI features using LLMs in production.
  • Deep practical experience with RAG systems: embeddings, vector databases, chunking, hybrid search
  • Experience building and operating evaluation frameworks for LLM-based systems.
  • Strong Python engineering; production-grade, tested, maintainable code.
  • Experience building APIs and data retrieval pipelines that feed context into AI systems.
  • Data intuition for data quality, schema, and retrieval architecture; capable without a dedicated
