Senior Applied AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Embed with GTM and G&A teams to identify and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities.
• Own full lifecycle of AI solutions from requirements to deployment, adoption, and iteration.
• Serve as primary technical partner for business leaders, translating needs into engineering plans.
• Develop and deliver AI enablement and training for non-R&D teams.
• Collaborate on shared infra (MCP servers, RAG systems, evaluation frameworks, guardrails).
• Measure AI adoption impact and communicate tangible outcomes to guide prioritization.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with production systems.
• Proven experience delivering technology-driven transformation with non-technical teams.
• Exceptional communication: discovery with VP-level leaders, clear briefs, executive-ready results
• Strong product instincts focused on user problems, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and self-direction; ability to build backlogs from business
• Passionate about LLMs, prompt engineering, AI patterns (RAG, agents, tool use).
