Senior Applied AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and ship AI-powered features for customers end-to-end.
• Design end-to-end RAG systems: chunking, embeddings, retrieval, quality eval.
• Own AI-product lifecycle: prompts, context/state, loops, safe deployment.
• Develop eval datasets and pipelines to measure AI quality.
• Instrument features for observability: logging, drift, alerts.
• Collaborate with Product/Design to scope AI features from first principles.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience shipping customer-facing AI features with LLMs.
• Deep RAG system design: embeddings, vector DBs, chunking, re-ranking.
• Experience building evaluation frameworks for LLM-based systems.
• Strong Python engineering; production-grade, tested code.
• Experience building APIs and data retrieval pipelines for AI.
• Data intuition for quality, schema, and retrieval architecture.
