📋 Description

• Build AI systems processing voice streams and real-time transcripts to extract insights.
• Engineer high-availability AI pipelines across distributed components.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver AI capabilities on Outreach.
• Rapid ML/LLM prototyping to validate approaches and speed iteration.
• Contribute to agentic AI surfaces and user experiences.
• Shape next-generation AI experiences for customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years hands-on ML/NLP incl. LLMs, text classification, NER, dialog, and agentic AI workflows.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, Go or C++, with strong software engineering.
• Master’s or PhD in CS, ML, or related fields.
• Experience developing and deploying cloud-based AI apps.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and continuous deployment.
• Ability to prioritize and deliver incrementally in fast-moving environments.
