📋 Description

• Build and improve ML/CV models powering Samsara products.
• Work with petabyte-scale camera and sensor data to derive value.
• Collaborate with firmware and full-stack teams to deploy models.
• Remote role open to US residents; travel up to 5%.
• Contribute to the R&D roadmap across product pillars.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/MS in CS or tech degree with 5+ yrs in CV; PhD with 3+ yrs.
• Strong proficiency: C++, Golang, Java, Python.
• Proficiency with Spark, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Familiarity with managing ML data/code via GitHub.
• Experience building, deploying, and optimizing ML models on the edge.
• Experience in road segmentation/detection/tracking is ideal.
