🎯 Requirements

7+ years in analytics with a track record of delivering business value and process improvement.
Strong SQL and Python skills; hands-on with BI tools, dashboards, and Celonis/Process Mining
Experience in executive stakeholder management and value realization projects.
Excellent English communication; able to present to C-level audiences.
