📋 Description

• Lead architecture and technical direction for Azure modernization across teams.
• Translate client goals into scalable designs aligned with priorities.
• Drive architecture with shared models, standards, and patterns.
• Mentor architects and engineers; shape reusable delivery patterns.
• Apply modular design, clear interfaces, testability, and observability.
• Use AI-assisted tooling to accelerate design, code, tests, docs, and analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years delivering solutions in a primary technical domain.
• 5+ years in solution architecture and leading multi-team efforts.
• 8+ years data engineering; 4+ years architecting Azure data solutions.
• Deep Azure expertise with Databricks and/or Fabric.
• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL; Azure DevOps and ARM templates.
• Experience leading hybrid/remote teams across time zones.
