Senior Associate - AI Enablement & Governance Administrator

📋 Description

• Lead AI enablement programs driving adoption of AI tools and best practices.
• Support AI governance: use-case intake, risk review, documentation, approvals, lifecycle tracking.
• Create training materials, playbooks, policy explainers, and adoption resources.
• Collaborate with Product & Portfolio Lead to prioritize, document, and measure AI use cases.
• Coordinate with AI engineers to ensure controls, testing, monitoring, and user guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in AI enablement, governance, risk, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of enterprise AI tools, GenAI use cases, data privacy, and responsible AI
• Experience creating training materials, procedures, and executive-ready materials.
• Strong communication skills; ability to simplify complex AI topics for business users.
• Ability to coordinate across business, technical, legal, risk, security, and leadership
• Process-oriented with experience building scalable governance workflows.
