📋 Description

• Lead fundraising operations and donor engagement with operational leadership and administrative
• Coordinate with program, finance, and leadership teams to deliver donor materials and proposals on
• Manage calendars, workflows, and processes to improve efficiency and execution.
• Prepare donor briefings, meeting docs, and follow-up actions across stakeholders.
• Maintain donor information systems, grant tracking, and fundraising operations.
• Develop dashboards and reports to support fundraising strategy and leadership decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in nonprofit development, grants management, or fundraising operations (development ops
• Strong organizational and project management skills with complex workflows and deadlines.
• Analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and communicate findings.
• Experience with CRMs, fundraising databases, reporting tools, donor research platforms, or grant
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and independently manage operations during onboarding.
• Strong written and verbal communication for donor-facing and internal materials.
