Senior Associate, Field and Partner Marketing EMEA

📋 Description

• Own field marketing initiatives across UK and wider EMEA, including event sponsorships
• Partner with the Partner Marketing Manager to execute co-marketing activities with priority
• Lead end-to-end execution of field activities from project management through operations.
• Collaborate with EMEA marketing teams and local sales to develop localized collateral and event
• Drive event ROI with clear objectives, KPIs, lead follow-up, nurture, and performance tracking.
• Represent Airwallex on-site with professionalism to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in B2B marketing with a focus on field and event marketing.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end event execution from planning to measurement.
• Strong project management, organized, and multitasking abilities.
• Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, operations and sales.
• Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation tools.
• Team player with proactive, ownership mindset and excellent communication skills.
