• FP&A senior associate to support finance partnership, reporting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and narrative explanations.
• Maintain relationships with senior leadership and translate results into clear business narratives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 3+ years in FP&A or related finance roles, preferably in consulting/professional services.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with Workday, Adaptive Insights, Salesforce a plus.
• Solid accounting principles and financial statement knowledge.
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and highly organized with high-quality reporting.
