Senior Associate, HR Shared Services

📋 Description

• You will handle backend compensation transactions, ensuring SLAs are met and data accuracy across
• Review and process requests related to job architecture, job codes, career levels, compensation
• Pull ad hoc compensation reports, validate data, and summarize findings for the compensation team
• Assist with program documentation, data integrity, audit readiness, and compliance materials.
• Collaborate with Compensation, HR Business Partners, Recruiting, Payroll, HRIS, Finance, and
• Maintain standard operating procedures, knowledge articles, checklists, process maps, and guidance

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in HR Operations / Shared Services (EMEA and Americas).
• Strong Excel or spreadsheet skills: data validation, lookups, pivot tables, reconciliation, basic
• Continuous-improvement mindset; identify patterns and translate into practical improvements.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Working knowledge of compensation concepts: salary ranges, market positioning, comp ratio, job
• Proficiency with HRMS and ticketing tools (Zendesk, SuccessFactors); strong track record in meeting
