Senior Associate, Implementation

📋 Description

• Support end-to-end implementation and onboarding for strategic partnerships in healthcare/life
• Own workstreams, coordinating timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across
• Maintain project plans, trackers, dashboards, and docs to ensure progress visibility.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with clinical, product, data, operations, finance
• Identify risks/blockers, escalate issues early, and propose practical solutions.
• Prepare status updates and executive communications for internal/external stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4+ years in healthcare implementation, customer success, operations, project management, or
• Experience in healthcare or health tech with exposure to providers, payers, pharma, life sciences
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects/workstreams with strong attention to detail.
• Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, execution-oriented mindset; ownership and issue resolution focus.
