🎯 Requirements

2–4 years in strategy/management consulting or similar strategy & ops roles.
Strong operational discipline with ability to manage many moving pieces.
Fluent with AI tools, skeptical of outputs; able to pressure-test results.
Resourceful, scrappy, and willing to own outcomes end-to-end.
