Assist creation and maintenance of product labeling in global labeling systems (RIM/GLS).
Support lifecycle management of product submissions and authorizations in RIM.
Manage US SPL and CA XML-PM listings; participate in cross-functional teams.
Train internal customers on Regulatory information issues.
Provide SME support on labeling systems and processes; troubleshoot GLS RIM issues.
Prepare routine communications for leadership with core labeling info.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s in life sciences or Associate degree with 8+ years related experience.
3+ years in regulatory affairs, R&D, or related area.
Experience in a complex global matrix with strong communication and detail orientation.
Preferred: electronic regulatory submissions, software tools, data standards, strategy role
