📋 Description

• Partner with Risk, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and others to support risk ops.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Provide insights to strengthen risk processes and decisions.
• Improve workflows and scalable risk solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain and refine risk alerts, controls, and procedures.
• Support change management and remediation tracking.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of data analytics experience solving business problems.
• Experience applying AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Codex) to improve workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for risk assessment.
• Attention to detail with multi-priority management in fast pace.
• Excellent written and verbal collaboration across teams.
• Process improvement or change management experience preferred.
