Senior Associate - Salesforce Service and Experience Cloud

📋 Description

• Understand service processes and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Document functional requirements and create solution designs.
• Map requirements with out-of-box features and identify customization needs.
• Guide clients to buy vs build decisions.
• Prepare solution design, system architecture, and ER diagrams.
• Configure Service Cloud features: Case Management, Knowledge, Omni-Channel.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of Salesforce with strong understanding of Service and Experience Cloud.
• More than two end-to-end implementations of Service & Experience Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with OOB features of Service & Experience Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with automation features such as flows.
• Apex and LWC knowledge; Single Sign-On.
• NetSuite/ERP integrations via REST/SOAP and MuleSoft/Boomi.
