Senior Associate Strategy & Operations (w/m/d)

📋 Description

• Lead-Steering, funnel optimization and booking process improvements to reduce drop-offs and improve
• Develop and test reactivation products for lost leads
• Build and scale alternative sales funnels
• Analyze and optimize booking and closing processes to boost conversion rate and cycle time
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Product (CPO/CSO) to align initiatives
• Define, track and interpret funnel and performance KPIs

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong academic background in business, finance, math, or quantitative fields
• Experience with consulting, venture capital/private equity, venture building, startups
• Hands-on mentality with operational implementation experience
• Exposure to sales/marketing funnel or performance context
• Ideally experience with KI/AI solutions; vibe coding acceptable
