📋 Description

• Own every engagement end to end as Engagement Lead, from kickoff through executive readout.
• Serve as primary customer point of contact and single delivery accountability.
• Lead governance cadence: standups, status, RAID, and decision logs.
• Run escalation and risk management to protect scope, timeline, and client relationships.
• Lead a 2-3 person pod, planning and staffing for discovery, analysis, and executive readouts.
• Drive quality through peer reviews, readiness checks, and client-ready deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in engagement leadership and cloud/platform delivery.
• Experience in multi-cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), platform engineering, and governance.
• Ability to define success criteria, manage change control, and align stakeholders on outcomes.
• Strong ability to translate findings into executive-ready narratives tied to business outcomes.
• Leadership of small pods, including coaching and growth planning.
