Senior Associate, Transmission & Interconnection

📋 Description

• Support interconnection queue process for large load and co-located generation assets.
• Prepare study materials and maintain power system models for internal and external stakeholders.
• Track interconnection timelines, cost exposures, and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with Transmission & Interconnection team to manage study milestones and
• Prepare and review study deliverables for utilities and grid operators.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely grid access and project execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in power systems, transmission planning, and interconnection
• BSEE from ABET-accredited program with a power emphasis.
• Proficient with power system modeling software (e.g., PSS/E, PSLF, PowerWorld, TARA or equivalents).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate technical findings for diverse audiences.
