📋 Description

• Administer Jira and Confluence instances
• Manage projects, workflows, permissions, fields, and screens
• Handle users, groups, and access policies
• Create dashboards, filters, and reports
• Support agile teams (Scrum/Kanban) in project/board setup
• Troubleshoot incidents related to the tools

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience administering Jira and Confluence
• Knowledge of workflows, JQL, permissions schemes, and automations
• Experience with agile methods (Scrum/Kanban)
• Strong communication and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
