Senior Azure Administrator

📋 Description

• Senior-level Azure administration across multiple managed service customers
• Escalation point for Azure, Windows, identity, networking, monitoring, backup and related incidents
• Support hybrid and on-premises environments (VMware, ESXi, Commvault, Windows Server, AD, DNS
• Design practical solutions, gather requirements, implement improvements
• Maintain, improve runbooks, designs, procedures, and knowledge articles
• Operate within ITIL and ISO20000 processes; contribute to automation and IaC

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in IT infrastructure, managed services, or cloud operations
• Hands-on Azure admin experience in production
• Experience with on-premises infrastructure: ESXi, VMware, Commvault
• Ability to troubleshoot across cloud, identity, server, networking, monitoring and security
• Strong ITIL understanding; able to communicate with customers and teams
• Documentation, customer updates, and mentoring experience
