📋 Description

• Design and build backend services powering Operator
• Develop scalable retrieval systems for engineering knowledge across design reviews, notebooks
• Build APIs and services enabling AI-powered experiences
• Improve search quality, data pipelines, and knowledge retrieval performance
• Expand capabilities for intelligent reporting, dashboards, and insights
• Collaborate with AI, Product, Design, and Engineering to deliver customer-facing features

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years building production backend software
• Strong experience with Python and modern backend development
• Experience building APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native apps
• Strong understanding of databases, system architecture, and scalable backend design
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical teammates
