Collaborate with Product/Front-End on RESTful/GraphQL APIs, logic, and DB schemas.
Build services with TypeScript/Node.js; deploy across AWS/Kubernetes.
Ensure HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST compliance via strong engineering practices.
Contribute to CI/CD and infra automation with Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, etc.
Monitor, debug, and improve backend performance and observability.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years backend dev experience, SaaS or digital health platforms.
TypeScript/Node.js expertise; strong REST/GraphQL API knowledge.
Hands-on PostgreSQL and relational data modeling.
Strong AWS + Kubernetes experience; microservices and security/compliance adept.
Docker, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code.
Comfort in fast-paced startup environments with iterative dev cycles.
