Senior Backend Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and scale the core AI infrastructure behind toogeza's product
• Work on LLM-powered workflows, multi-agent systems, integrations, and backend services
• Design agent interactions, improve reliability and performance, experiment with AI capabilities
• Collaborate with product team to influence technical architecture and user experience
• Own backend architecture and end-to-end production delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional Python development with async stack (FastAPI, aiohttp, Starlette)
• Strong PostgreSQL skills: schema design, transactions/locking, indexes, slow query analysis
• Experience designing REST APIs and webhook integrations (idempotency, retries, error handling)
• Hands-on performance work: profiling, metrics, load testing
• Docker daily usage; Kubernetes with Helm charts
• Writing tests (unit + integration) and production-grade delivery
