Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services for financial transactions across 20+ countries.
Write clean, testable code in Go, Python, or Node.js/TS; participate in design reviews.
Build and consume RESTful and GraphQL APIs; design inter-service communication with gRPC.
Design/optimize PostgreSQL and MongoDB schemas for correctness and scale.
Own backend features end-to-end from scoping to deployment and monitoring.
Implement security best practices across distributed services.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years backend engineering experience.
Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese for LATAM.
Proficient in Go, Python, or Node.js/TypeScript.
RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven backends.
PostgreSQL design/optimization; MongoDB/Redis familiarity.
Cloud infra (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD; integration of third-party APIs.
