🎯 Requirements

• Deep backend expertise in APIs, data systems, performance tuning
• Proficiency in modern backend languages; ability to learn
• Experience designing modular boundaries and migration-safe architectures
• Ability to lead via influence and written communication
• Experience building or operating agentic AI in production
• Hands-on with high-throughput distributed systems; Kubernetes a plus
