📋 Description

• Design, architect, and implement AI-powered backend systems to automate workflows.
• Identify bottlenecks across the engineering lifecycle and build automation solutions.
• Develop intelligent workflows using agent-based architectures and orchestration frameworks.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering with backend focus.
• Experience designing/deploying production-grade AI/agentic/LLM systems.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems: consistency, concurrency, fault tolerance, scalability.
• Advanced Go (preferred), Rust, or Python skills across multiple languages.
• Experience with complex codebases and end-to-end delivery.
• Understanding of SDLC automation, build/release pipelines, developer tooling.
