Senior Backend Engineer, Experimentation

📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate scalable backend services and APIs for the Experimentation product.
• Own backend components across their lifecycle: discovery, design, implementation, testing
• Build systems for experiment setup, data ingestion, metric computation, results processing, and
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, data scientists, and engineers to translate customer
• Improve observability, testing, deployment safety, and reliability; participate in on-call rotation

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering, with backend production experience.
• Fluency using AI tools in software engineering workflows and the judgment to validate AI outputs.
• Experience designing and delivering scalable, observable, maintainable customer-facing systems.
• Strong programming experience in Go or other backend languages (Python, Rust, C++).
• Experience with distributed systems, data pipelines, APIs, and data-intensive services.
• Familiarity with analytical/warehouse data stores (ClickHouse, Postgres, Snowflake, Redshift
