📋 Description

• Lead backend development end to end: tech choice, architecture design, and scaling features
• Build AI-first workflows; integrate AI agents and AI-assisted development daily
• Set code quality standards, practices, and CI/CD pipelines; enforce via reviews
• Mentor engineers, raise the bar for backend practices, and drive improvement
• Challenge approaches and bring better solutions when needed

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering, 5+ years backend focus
• Deep TypeScript proficiency with strong Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL
• Proven mentorship track record; coached engineers and raised standards
• Solid Git, Docker, and CI/CD experience
• Experience with Scrum or Kanban; JIRA and Confluence
• English at C1 level for daily international collaboration
