🎯 Requirements

8+ years in software engineering, 5+ backend-focused
Deep TypeScript with strong Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL experience
Proven mentorship track record
Solid Git, Docker, and CI/CD expertise
Experience with Scrum/Kanban, JIRA, and Confluence
English at C1 level+/AI-native development mindset
