📋 Description

• Design and build distributed backend services powering multi-tenant engagement.
• Develop core platform features across a broad set of player-facing domains.
• Consume high-volume player activity streams and integrate with payments, game providers, and data.
• Collaborate with product, frontend, data, and infra teams to deliver reliable end-to-end systems.
• Contribute to architectural design and drive technical decisions across services.
• Ensure scalability, fault-tolerance, and data integrity for balances and player decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of backend development experience, ideally in high-throughput, real-time systems.
• Strong proficiency in Go as primary backend language; experience with gRPC and RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, multi-tenant architectures, and microservices.
• Comfortable working in cloud-native environments.
• Deep commitment to software reliability, observability, and security best practices.
• Nice to Have: Familiarity with event-driven systems, Kafka, or message queues.
