• Work with your team to deliver new functionality, then iterate and improve
• Contribute to and review design documents for upcoming features
• Contribute to open-source projects beyond your team's scope

🎯 Requirements

• Solid backend development experience, ideally with Go
• Strong DB skills with relational databases (MySQL, SQLite, Postgres)
• Focus on developer and user experience and product quality
• Experience delivering projects from requirements to shipping
• Experience writing clean, robust, and maintainable software
• Mentor junior engineers in a collaborative, asynchronous environment
• Enjoy solving complex problems and users' workflows
• Break down complex challenges into MVPs with data-driven feedback
