📋 Description

• Role: Senior Backend Engineer for Hedging — own risk management, inventory, exposure, and hedging
• Build and operate the Risk Management Engine and Smart Hedging end-to-end; hands-on senior IC with
• Collaborate with Trading, treasury, and finance to tie development to exposure and net revenue.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience building and operating production backend systems.
• A trading background with experience in live trade, order, or risk paths (e.g., crypto exchange
• Strong fundamentals in system design, data modelling, and API design; distributed systems
• Solid OO programming principles and low-level design patterns.
• Proven production engineering instincts: observability, debugging, performance tuning, incident
• Experience handling money: positions, cost basis, PnL reconciliation with external venues.
