Senior Backend Engineer (L3) - TPV

📋 Description

• Own parts of the Client Trading Engine and Pricing Engine end-to-end.
• Design, build, ship, and operate services across the trade path: quoting, pricing, spread, trade
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Operations; focus on adoption and impact.
• Build for correctness and latency in a live client trade path.
• Instrument what you build with logging, metrics, and alerting for production visibility.
• Participate in on-call, respond to incidents, and drive durable fixes.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of production backend experience.
• Trading background: worked on live trade or order paths in crypto, exchange, or brokerage.
• Strong fundamentals in system design, data modeling, and API design.
• Solid OO principles and low-level design patterns.
• Experience with observability, debugging, performance tuning, and incident response.
• Ability to scope ambiguous problems into deliverable, prioritized work.
