📋 Description

• Senior Backend Engineer to own Client Trading Engine, Pricing Engine, Risk Management Engine, and
• Hands-on role; write code and set architectural direction for trading/risk.
• Architect large, latency-sensitive systems with scalable designs.
• Collaborate with product, risk, and pod EMs to align decisions with TPV and revenue goals.
• Break complex systems into components with clear contracts and deliverables.
• Focus on observability, alerting, recovery strategies, and scale as volumes grow.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–12 years building/operating production backend systems.
• Deep experience in distributed systems, consistency, and failure modes.
• Experience building orchestrators and long-running, durable workflows.
• Strong command of databases at scale (sharding, multi-region deployments).
• Track record with high-scale systems, observability, and tooling.
• Hands-on with architectural judgment from building complex systems.
