Senior Backend Engineer (Python/Django)

📋 Description

• Build, maintain, and optimize microservices using Python, Django, and Django REST Framework (DRF)
• Design scalable APIs to support high-concurrency traffic
• Contribute to architecture focusing on operations, automation, resilience, and scalable practices
• Establish quality frameworks with unit testing using Pytest and automated quality checks
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, N+1 queries, and asynchronous processing issues
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and international teams to translate requirements into maintainable

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years backend development with strong Django and DRF expertise
• Advanced Python proficiency and solid backend architecture knowledge
• Experience designing microservices and integrating complex third-party systems
• Strong unit testing experience (Pytest or equivalent)
• Practical experience with asynchronous programming and optimizing high-load queries
• Excellent knowledge of API design, software architecture, patterns, and maintainable code
