Senior Backend Engineer (Python/Django)

📋 Description

• Build, maintain, and optimize mission-critical microservices using Python, Django, and Django REST
• Design and develop scalable APIs capable of supporting high-concurrency traffic and significant
• Contribute to software architecture, with a focus on operations, automation, resilience, and
• Establish and maintain quality through unit testing with Pytest and automated checks.
• Identify and resolve performance issues, N+1 problems, and inefficient database queries.
• Design and implement microservices that integrate with complex third-party systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional backend development with strong Django and DRF expertise.
• Advanced Python skills and understanding of backend architecture.
• Proven experience designing and building microservices and integrating complex third-party
• Strong unit testing experience with Pytest or equivalent.
• Experience with asynchronous programming and optimizing high-load queries.
• Ability to identify performance issues and improve scalability and reliability.
