Senior Backend Engineer (Python/Django)

📋 Description

• Build, maintain, and optimize mission-critical microservices using Python, Django, and Django REST
• Design and develop scalable APIs for high-concurrency traffic and peaks.
• Contribute to architecture with focus on operations, automation, resilience, and scalable practices.
• Maintain quality with unit testing using Pytest and automated quality checks.
• Identify and resolve performance issues, N+1 queries, and async processing bottlenecks.
• Design microservices that integrate with complex third-party systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional backend development, expert in Django and DRF.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and backend architecture knowledge.
• Experience designing and building microservices and integrating third-party apps.
• Strong unit testing experience with Pytest or similar frameworks.
• Practical experience with asynchronous programming and high-load DB queries.
• Ability to identify performance issues and improve scalability and reliability.
