Senior Backend Engineer (Python/Java)

📋 Description

• Translate complex business needs into streamlined technical roadmaps.
• Design and maintain web apps and microservices using Python (FastAPI) and HTML/JS.
• Architect internal services and REST integrations for scalable maintenance.
• Bridge technical and business teams, communicating value to stakeholders.

• Own full SDLC from discovery and schema design to deployment and Unix support.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years backend experience with Python/Java; async frameworks (prefer FastAPI).
• Experience building web apps with REST APIs, HTML, and JavaScript.
• MVC and REST best practices.
• Advanced PostgreSQL; schema design and query optimization.
• Solid Unix/Linux experience for development and operations.
• Docker and GitLab CI/CD for containerization and automated delivery.
