Senior Backend Engineer (Ruby), AI Engineering: DAP Repository Flows

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end feature design and delivery across DAP onboarding and repo flows.
• Build autonomous and scheduled agents on the Duo Agent Platform.
• Improve onboarding so customers configure projects quickly.
• Collaborate on shared interfaces and patterns with DAP engineers.
• Review designs and code to maintain technical quality.
• Foster autonomy, ownership, async-first collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails in production.
• Experience integrating LLMs into products (not model training).
• Experience building agentic systems that act on user behalf.
• Track record of shipping features independently in a team.
• Strong written communication in a distributed, async-first environment.
