🎯 Requirements

8+ years of professional backend engineering experience
Proficient in modern Java (17+)
Experience designing and scaling backend systems for high-throughput or millions of users
Cloud-native architectures (AWS or similar), Docker, Kubernetes/ECS
Distributed data systems (Redis, Apache Kafka)
Exposure to LLM integration (prompting, observability)
