Senior Backend Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud-native backend services using Golang in a microservices architecture.
• Develop and operate distributed systems on Kubernetes across AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Azure.
• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of backend features from concept to production.
• Strong CS fundamentals in distributed systems, scalability, networking, concurrency, and performance.
• Build secure integrations with identity/auth systems, including SSO and IdP such as Okta.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and infrastructure teams to define technical solutions and deliver high-quality software.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience designing, developing, and maintaining highly scalable backend systems and cloud-based microservices.
• Strong proficiency in Golang and experience working with multiple programming languages.
• Solid understanding of CS fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, operating systems, networking, concurrent programming, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications in Kubernetes environments on AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.
• Experience building enterprise-grade applications with knowledge of authentication and identity management solutions such as Okta or other SSO/IdP platforms.
• Comfortable working across the technology stack with a primary focus on backend engineering.
