Senior Backend Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable Golang backend services in a microservices architecture.
• Develop and operate distributed systems on Kubernetes across AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
• Lead architecture and implementation of new backend features from concept to production.
• Apply CS fundamentals to solve distributed systems, scalability, networking, concurrency, and performance.
• Build secure integrations with identity systems (SSO/IdP) such as Okta.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and infrastructure teams to deliver high-quality software.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years designing scalable backend systems and cloud-based microservices.
• Strong proficiency in Golang; experience with multiple languages.
• CS fundamentals across algorithms, data structures, OS, networking, and concurrency.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with authentication/identity management such as Okta or other SSO/IdP.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and deliver scalable production systems.
