Senior Backend Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud-native backend services in a Golang microservices setup.
• Develop and operate distributed systems on Kubernetes across AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of new features end-to-end.
• Apply CS fundamentals to distributed systems, scalability, networking, and performance.
• Build secure integrations with identity providers such as Okta and SSO.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and infrastructure teams to deliver high-quality software.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years designing and maintaining scalable backend systems and cloud microservices.
• Strong Golang proficiency; experience with multiple languages.
• CS fundamentals: algorithms, data structures, operating systems, networking.
• Hands-on Kubernetes deployments on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with authentication/identity solutions (Okta/SSO/IdP).
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and deliver scalable production systems.
