Senior Backend Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud-native backend services in Golang.
• Develop and operate distributed systems on Kubernetes across AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of features from concept to production.
• Build secure integrations with enterprise identity and authentication systems (SSO/IdP like Okta).
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and infrastructure to deliver high-quality software.
• Drive reliability, observability, and maintainability best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years designing and maintaining scalable backend systems and cloud microservices.
• Strong Golang proficiency; experience with multiple programming languages.
• CS fundamentals: algorithms, data structures, OS, networking, concurrency.
• Hands-on Kubernetes deployment on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with Okta or SSO/IdP for enterprise identity management.
• Backend-focused; comfortable across the tech stack.
