• Design AI-powered backend features from concept to production
• Build and maintain backend services and APIs for real-world workloads
• Develop LLMs, retrieval systems, prompts, and agent workflows
• Monitor performance via metrics, logs, traces, and observability
• Design and optimize technical solutions with high engineering standards
• Create observable, scalable systems with strong reliability and latency

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building production backend systems
• Strong Python proficiency for scalable backend apps
• Experience with AWS services including serverless (Lambda)
• Strong SQL/NoSQL knowledge (DynamoDB, OpenSearch, PostgreSQL)
• Experience designing, integrating, monitoring APIs
• Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, SQS)
